Service charges 

• You may be charged for each additional service requested, such as an examination of another family member
• Service charges may apply to procedures like wax removal, endoscopy, and ear and nose piercings

Medication policies 

• Prescriptions may not be canceled or changed later
• The clinic may not be liable for any health consequences if you self-medicate or continue using the same medicines beyond the prescribed time limit
